Dear guests, whether it's a youth dedication, a senior prom or a graduation party, celebrations are best held with us, the team from c/o 56 Chemnitz. We are happy to support you in planning your celebration and are there for you when it matters. With our suitable buffet and menu suggestions we will make every one of your guests happy - and especially you.

Our event proposal

Reception:
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Bar tables in the foyer and on the park terrace Prosecco & fruit juice.

Buffet:
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm Buffet of our chef's choice.

Drinks package:
Non-alcoholic drinks (mineral water, fruit juices and for 5 hours: Fruit spritzers from Rauch, Vita-Cola, Vita-Limo, Bionade, Schweppes versch. varieties), beer (Wernesgrüner Pilsener on tap, Wernesgrüner Pilsener non-alcoholic, Wernesgrüner Radler naturally cloudy, Wernesgrüner Radler, Köstritzer Schwarzbier, Kapuziner Weißbiere (also non-alcoholic), one wine (white & red) of the house.

Vertragsbedingungen

Rücktritt:

Nach Vertragsunterzeichnung ist ein kostenfreier Rücktritt bis vier Wochen vor der Veranstaltung möglich. Danach können bis 10 Tage vor der Veranstaltung 25% des Gesamtbetrags storniert werden. Spätstornierungen werden mit 90% berechnet.

Depositzahlung:

Mit einer verbindlichen Buchung Ihrer Veranstaltung wird ein Deposit in Höhe von 100% des zu erwartenden Gesamtumsatzes 2 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn fällig. Hierfür senden wir Ihnen rechtzeitig eine entsprechende Depositaufstellung zu.
