Our event proposal

Reception:
6.00 pm - 7.00 pm Reception for your guests in the foyer and on the park terrace with Prosecco and fruit juice

Buffet:
7.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m. Gala buffet with various starters, fresh salads, soup, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes as well as a selection of fruit and desserts

Drinks package:
19:00 - 24:00 inclusive unlimited
Non-alcoholic drinks (mineral water, fruit juices: fruit spritzers from Rauch, Vita-Cola, Vita-Limo, Bionade, Schweppes various flavors), beer (Wernes) varieties), beer (Wernesgrüner Pilsener draught, Wernesgrüner Pilsener non-alcoholic, Wernesgrüner Radler natural cloudy, Wernesgrüner Radler, Köstritzer Schwarzbier, Kapuziner wheat beers (also non-alcoholic), one house wine each (white, red & rosé)

Vertragsbedingungen

Rücktritt:

Nach Vertragsunterzeichnung ist ein kostenfreier Rücktritt bis vier Wochen vor der Veranstaltung möglich. Danach können bis 10 Tage vor der Veranstaltung 25% des Gesamtbetrags storniert werden. Spätstornierungen werden mit 90% berechnet.

Depositzahlung:

Mit einer verbindlichen Buchung Ihrer Veranstaltung wird ein Deposit in Höhe von 100% des zu erwartenden Gesamtumsatzes 2 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn fällig. Hierfür senden wir Ihnen rechtzeitig eine entsprechende Depositaufstellung zu.
